Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of lodging contracts and facility usage at Mt. Fuji Homestay Leoya (hereinafter referred to as “the Facility”).
Establishment of Lodging Contract
The lodging contract is established when a reservation is made through the Facility’s reservation system or booking site and the Facility accepts it.
Accommodation Fees
Accommodation fees shall be the amount presented at the time of reservation. Displayed fees include consumption tax.
Payment Methods
Accommodation fees must be paid via Stripe at the time of reservation, or in cash or by the designated method at check-in.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Cancellation Policy

Facility Usage Rules (House Rules)
- The entire facility is non-smoking.
- Noise, loud voices, or parties that disturb nearby residents are prohibited.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Please manage your valuables yourself. The facility is not responsible for loss or theft.
- Guests will be charged for the actual cost of any damage or soiling of furnishings or facilities.
Disclaimer
The facility shall not be held liable if accommodation becomes impossible due to natural disasters, suspension of transportation services, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Shizuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
